By purchasing? a ticket and attending this event all ticketholders agree to our terms and conditions below - please read them carefully. 

  1. The Student Union/Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management
  2. The Student Union/Venue reserve the right to search all persons and personal property via bag searches upon entry. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the Venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf
  3. Photo ID required.
  4. Alcohol will be on sale in the Venue, however if you look under 25 please do not be offended if security  ask you for proof of age - the only forms of ID acceptable will be a photo driving licence or a passport. 
  5. The tickets are free and cannot be sold. If you buy tickets from anyone they will not be valid and entry to the event with such a ticket may be refused.
  6. All ticket holders will be asked to arrive by no later than 20:00 hr on the day of the event. 
  7. Neither the Student Union/Venue nor the BBC will not be responsible for any costs incurred in attending the event e.g. travel and accommodation, whether the event takes place or not (see below).
  8. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Student Union/Venue nor the BBC will not be liable for any loss of money or expense incurred.
  9. As not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, tickets are over allocated above the capacity. This means that admission is on a first come first served basis and is not guaranteed. Entrance is subject to capacity. The Student Union/Venue reserves the right to refuse admission. Please note that there will be no compensation for any costs incurred in getting to or from the event.
  10. No SLR Camera photography equipment will be permitted into the event unless specifically approved by the Student Union/Venue or the BBC.
  11. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world.
